We feature three locations in Manila. StayLuxia Manila Bayview is located in Malate, overlooking Manila Bay, while StayLuxia Gramercy and Knightsbridge are situated in the heart of Makati’s business district.

Manilabayview

StayLuxia Manilabayview is located in the heart of Koreatown, in Malate Bayview Mansion and offers fully furnished studio to 5-bedroom condos ranging from superior to luxury accommodations to fit every budget. The larger 1–5 bedroom residences feature breathtaking bay and sunset views, overlooking Manila Bay. Guests enjoy being steps away from restaurants, cafés, shopping, and nightlife in one of Manila’s most vibrant waterfront neighborhoods, with easy access to major attractions, the airport and business districts.

Knightsbridge

StayLuxia Knightsbridge, a boutique 1-bedroom residence with private balcony in the heart of Makati. Designed for modern travelers who appreciate comfort and style, this fully furnished unit combines hotel-level convenience with the privacy of a luxury condominium stay. The space features a separate bedroom, living area, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a functional kitchenette, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. Step onto the balcony to enjoy city views and natural light in a calm, elevated setting above the energy of Poblacion. Residents enjoy full access to all building amenities at no additional cost, including the swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, residents’ lounge, and 24-hour security and concierge services.

Cuisine et service impeccable.
Très bon lit, agréable.
Eau chaude et climatisation, TV… très bien.
Balcon et vue sur mer + coucher de soleil très beau !

Le balcon est super et on y a vu les plus beaux couchés de soleil de tout Manille. Il y a des commerces à proximité. La salle de sport, la salle de jeux et la piscine sont des vrais atouts.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 附件生活機能佳，房價太多蟑螂，我在這裏入住29天，前面兩星期每天可以殺死10隻以上蟑螂，建議業者留意衛生以及殺蟲，晚上附近pub與ktv 低頻至凌晨3-4點，如果你喜歡安靜不建議選擇這裡，整體上是不錯，環境衛生令我比較負面評價，其他是可以推薦的。

コンビニや日本食レストランも近くに豊富にあり、ショッピングモールモール近いので便利です。トイレもウォシュレットが完備されていました。シャワーの温度は良いですが、水量はもう少し欲しいです。

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am staying there now. It is not like a full service hotel because it is a rental of people's condos. For the adventure some the neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and it is close to the beach.  The staff is mainly sharp and on the ball ladies who  will help you with general information and many of your needs.

베이뷰 라는 이름에 걸맞게 테라스에서 보는 풍경이 정말 끝내준다.
가격따라 룸 컨디션이 다름.
26층F룸은 별로였고 22층 A룸은 좋았다.
비싼방이 컨디션이 확실히 좋았다.
