Grandes, belles et très lumineuses chambres.
Cuisine et service impeccable.
Très bon lit, agréable.
Eau chaude et climatisation, TV… très bien.
Balcon et vue sur mer + coucher de soleil très beau !
Belle et grande piscine, salle de sport, ping-pong et billard disponibles

Le logement est grand, il est très fonctionnel. Le balcon est super et on y a vu les plus beaux couchés de soleil de tout Manille. Il y a des commerces à proximité. La salle de sport, la salle de jeux et la piscine sont des vrais atouts.

附件生活機能佳，房價太多蟑螂，我在這裏入住29天，前面兩星期每天可以殺死10隻以上蟑螂，建議業者留意衛生以及殺蟲，晚上附近pub與ktv 低頻至凌晨3-4點，如果你喜歡安靜不建議選擇這裡，整體上是不錯，環境衛生令我比較負面評價，其他是可以推薦的。

海側の景色は最高です。夕日が見れます。
コンビニや日本食レストランも近くに豊富にあり、ショッピングモールモール近いので便利です。トイレもウォシュレットが完備されていました。シャワーの温度は良いですが、水量はもう少し欲しいです。

I am staying there now. It is not like a full service hotel because it is a rental of people's condos. For the adventure some the neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and it is close to the beach.  The staff is mainly sharp and on the ball ladies who  will help you with general information and many of your needs.

말라떼 한인타운에 위치함
베이뷰 라는 이름에 걸맞게 테라스에서 보는 풍경이 정말 끝내준다.
가격따라 룸 컨디션이 다름.
26층F룸은 별로였고 22층 A룸은 좋았다.
비싼방이 컨디션이 확실히 좋았다.
